1. Firearm & Ammunition Sales – All Sales Final
Due to federal and state laws, all firearm and ammunition sales are final. Once a firearm has been transferred to you through your FFL dealer, it cannot be returned. Please inspect your firearm at the dealer before completing the transfer.
We do not accept returns on ammunition due to safety and legal restrictions.
2. Returns for Accessories & Gear
We accept returns on non-firearm and non-ammunition items (such as accessories, optics, and gear) under the following conditions:
✔ Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
✔ Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
✔ Proof of purchase is required.
✔ The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
Non-Returnable Items:

❌ Used or damaged items (unless received in that condition)
❌ Clearance or final sale items
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at highimpactrounds@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.
4. How to Initiate a Return
1️⃣ Contact Us – Email highimpactrounds@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Approval & Instructions – If eligible, we will provide return instructions and an RMA number.
3️⃣ Ship the Item – Securely package the item and ship it to the provided return address.
4️⃣ Inspection & Refund – Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Order Cancellations
✔ Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
✔ If an order has already shipped, it falls under our standard return policy.
✔ Canceled firearm orders may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
