1.2. All sales are final, except as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
1.3. It is your responsibility to know and comply with all federal, state, and local firearm laws before purchasing.
2. Firearm Sales & Transfers
2.1. Firearms cannot be shipped directly to customers. All firearms must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer for transfer.
2.2. The customer is responsible for providing a valid FFL dealer’s information at checkout.
2.3. Once a firearm has been transferred to you, it cannot be returned unless defective.
3. Ammunition Sales & Restrictions
3.1. You must be legally eligible to purchase and possess ammunition in your state.
3.2. Certain states and localities may have restrictions on ammo sales. We will not ship where prohibited by law.
3.3. A valid government-issued ID may be required before processing ammunition orders.
4. Order Processing & Shipping
4.1. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, but processing times may vary.
4.2. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or external factors.
4.3. Firearms and ammunition will only be shipped to addresses where legal.
4.4. Once shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages—claims must be filed with the carrier.
5. Returns & Cancellations
5.1. Firearms and ammunition sales are final and non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturer defects.
5.2. Returns on accessories and gear are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
5.3. Order cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the order status.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. High Impact Rounds is not responsible for misuse, improper handling, or unlawful use of products purchased from our site.
6.2. We do not guarantee that any product will prevent injury, loss, or damage.
